Apple cider vinegar helps to smooth skin and reduce inflammation. Honey brightens skin and oatmeal works to exfoliate your skin removing dead skin cells that make you look older.
DIY Avocado Mask
1/4 cup uncooked rolled oats
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. lemon juice
1. Mash all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
2. Spread the concoction all over your face, being particularly careful around your eyes. Let sit for 20 minutes.
3. Rinse with warm water.
4. Follow up with your favorite moisturizer or topical cream. Apply the mask once per week for best results.
