Aging, lack of sleep, and years of fun in the sun can do damage to your skin. Dark spots, wrinkles, and under eye circles can make your skin look older than you might like. But while it’s always best to prevent skin damage in the first place by using broad spectrum UVA/UVB sunscreen, you can repair skin damage that’s already done.
Consider exfoliating your skin by using a loofah in the shower. You may also want to consider dry brushing your skin daily. Start low at your ankles, working in short strokes toward your heart. Brush your legs, stomach, and arms. Separately, use an exfoliating facial cleanser to remove dead skin cells from your face once per week.
2. Pinpoint skin damage with a skin cream.
Zax’s Original Darkspot Cream fades dark spots using natural ingredients like licorice extract, aloe, and vitamin E. Additionally, Zax’s Dark Circle Cream helps your eyes look youthful using ingredients like witch hazel, caffeine, and cucumber extract.
3. Prevent further sun damage.
Prevent further sun damage by covering your body in sunscreen and reapplying every few hours. Make sure your sunscreen is at least 15 SPF and cover up with hats, sunglasses, and clothing.
Take steps to reverse sun damage.
