When we have lack of sleep, we end up feeling and looking exhausted. Here are some tips to help you get your best beauty sleep:-Stay away from foods and beverages that keep you up. Too much alcohol in the evening time can keep you up. And so can too much caffeine from coffee and teas. If you’re lucky enough to fall asleep, you’re likely going to wake up in the middle of the night and not be able to get back to sleep. Overly rich foods and too much sugar can also keep you up, so in the evenings enjoy them in moderation. A disruptive nights sleep can leave bags under your eyes and can contribute to stressful days. -Wake up early and go to bed early. Waking up earlier can allow you to get a workout in and even enjoy a cup of coffee in peace. The earlier you wake in the morning, the more likely you’ll work through your to-do list, allowing you to get to bed at a reasonable time. At night, turn the television off in the evening, take a bath, and start relaxing so you’re not over stimulated come bedtime. -Choose a favorite relaxing activity. Our days can be stressful, so we all need an activity that keeps our minds off of the stress so we can get a good nights sleep. Choose something that you’ll love doing. Take a yoga or meditation class, join a writing group, read a novel–whatever relieves stress in your life – and make it a regular nightly occurrence. -If you are not getting enough sleep, try not to show it! When you’re tired or even sick, your eyes will show it. Try using Zax's Original Dark Circle Eye Cream to help minimize those dark circles your eyes.. This cream is all natural and has also been shown to reduce puffiness under the eyes that can occurs with lack of sleep or other other underlying conditions.
