Why Vitamin C is Good For Your Skin and How to Get Enough

Vitamin C plays an important role in the health of your skin. Young skin is full of vitamin C but as you age, the amount of the nutrient in your skin declines. How to Get Enough Vitamin C

-Use products that contain vitamin C. For example, products that naturally reduce age spots or add elasticity may use forms of vitamin C as a main ingredient.
